What is the picture drawing game?
Pictionary is a classic party game that requires someone to draw a picture while their teammates try and guess what they’re drawing. Players secretly write down common phrases on pieces of paper and fold them up. The first chosen artist randomly picks a phrase then must draw and get the others to guess the phrase without talking or drawing letters or symbols. Mar 12, 2021. Provide each team with pad, pencil, category card and playing piece. Place playing pieces in the Start square on the board. Each team selects a picturist, one who will sketch clues for the first word. Each team rolls the die; highest roll selects the first card. One player on a team picks a card and looks at the word matching the color of the space their pawn is on. The player has to sketch the prompt. The person sketching has 1 minute to draw the word without using letters or symbols. If their team guesses the word, they roll a die and move around the board.
