What Is Student Satisfaction In University?
Students satisfaction can be defined as an attitude resulting from an assessment of students’ educational experience, services and facilities provided by the institution. Surveys of student satisfaction offer a way to gauge how well students believe their education was provided by the institution. This information can be used to assess the effectiveness of the staff and services and to pinpoint problem areas, such as student support, library resources, and IT services. The findings show that social connections, resources, the learning environment, achieving individual goals, and extracurricular activities have the greatest effects on students’ levels of satisfaction. In addition, the evaluation of faculty credentials, financial performance, and learner outcomes have all been used to measure student satisfaction [10, 19, 20, 21]. More recently, hybrid models of both satisfaction and facilities have been used. The Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) will provide a list of students, and the survey will collect responses from those students.
