What Are Thick Questions?
A thick question is one that demands. more than a one- or two-word reply. It does. with the broad view and substantial ideas. Involved, complex, and open-ended questions receive thick answers. Powerful inquiries are open-ended and give the respondent the freedom to choose the course they take. They open doors and foster exploration, in-depth comprehension, and fresh perspectives. They are open-minded and curious as they work to strengthen connections and learning. The Four Great Questions of Life: Who Am I? Where Do I Come From? What Is My Purpose? Where Am I Going. The correspondence theory, which asserts that truth corresponds with facts and reality, is the most widely held theory of truth, at least among the general public and most definitely among scientists. Philosophers have pondered the question of what is truth since the beginning of time, perhaps because it is the most difficult one to answer. Philosophy’s subdiscipline of epistemology is concerned with this issue as well as the nature of knowledge.
