What Are The Duties Of A Bible Study Coordinator?
Under the guidance of the Pastor, the Bible Study Coordinator organizes a Parish-based Scripture study that aids in enhancing people’s knowledge of the Bible, their awareness of God’s active presence in Sacred Scripture, and their understanding of how the Bible can be used in daily life. Pastors learn more from leading and instructing their flock in a group study than they might from delivering a sermon. As they converse with the group, they also get to delve deeper into the meaning of the biblical verses. The members of our church are encouraged to pursue Communion with Christ through Bible Study Groups. We spend time reading and discussing the Bible, as well as praying to and praising God. Our gathered worship services do not encourage interaction, openness, or application the way that the smaller size and environment do. A Bible, a notebook, and a pen are all you need for this. You simply read and write the passages while taking some time to reflect on them. Reading aloud and then writing it down helps the words stick in your head and heart. These members of your group have a connection to language in speaking, reading, and writing. Allow them to read a brief passage from any book you may be using. Let them write a prayer or a reflection on how they will use the Bible. Use this easy four-step method to study the Bible: read, reflect, respond, and rest in God’s Word.
