What are most grateful for in life?

I am grateful for my job, it is keeping me sane im these tough situations. I am grateful for my home and family, they are my backbone. I am grateful for my friends, they are keeping me alive. Last and most importantly, I am grateful for myself, for I am taking small steps everyday to becoming a better person. To me, they are the perfect people to have as my mom and dad and I’m grateful for them helping me achieve all my goals and helping me power through all my hardships. Most of all, I’m thankful for having two wonderful parents to have at my side and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. A Grateful Heart is a loving heart. A heart often becomes grateful because it has experience in being ungrateful. It has become a grateful heart because it has realized there is much to be grateful for despite life’s trials and difficult times. They Bring Us Joy There’s nothing that brings us more joy than spending time with those we love the most. During this pandemic, we’ve spent more time together than usual. Our family is what has helped us keep it all together. We experience some of our most joyful times of our life just being with them.

Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even computer access. Living a life of gratitude provides you the feeling of greater happiness and joy. You feel more at peace, lighter, and more satisfied with your life. All these emotions are connected with optimism and empower you to view your future with optimism. I am thankful to God for loving me so unconditionally. I am thankful for life and family. I’m most thankful for my kids. Family, friends, prayers, health and strength. Why are you thankful for your mom? I am grateful because she put my needs before hers, even when we didn’t get along perfectly. I am thankful for my mom because she isn’t just my mom, she is my best friend. I wouldn’t be who I am today without her.
