Betterhelp, though, includes all of these options in its base fee. However, Talkspace does offer more in terms of options. Talkspace is available to those outside of the United States, as long as you can access our platform via the internet. If you live outside of the United States, keep in mind that our prices are in US dollars ($), and most of our providers live in U.S. time zones.
