If it is, they’ll provide you with an accreditation number. You can then search this number online to check if they were telling the truth. An accredited course is developed when: a training need is not covered by a training package qualification. a course needs to be nationally recognised. If you’re not sure who awards your degree, ask your college or check their website or prospectus. You can double check this with the higher education institution you’re told awards your degree.
